Magical Offering

Magical Offering
© Judith Froemming 2013

"Stop and drink from the nectars of life,
take time to dance and skip off the strife,
give up the gloom and stories of suffering,
this life's filled with gifts of magical offering."

Reaction, Contraction

Reaction, Contraction
© Judith Froemming 2013

"Reaction to weather,
reaction to words,
reaction to thoughts,
reaction to fears.

Reaction to stories,
reaction to genders,
reaction to races,
reaction to endings.

Reaction, contraction,
heart shrinking small,
reaction, fear-action,
forgets Love is all."

Glide The Flow

Glide The Flow
© Judith Froemming 2013

"A butterfly on the nose,
puts one right in the middle,
of a question of 'suppose?'

Is there a moment in time,
to put an end to muddle;
invite inner peace sublime?

Every butterfly surely knows,
how to birth, from walls enclosed;
unfurl wings and glide the Flow."

"They stood tall and silent,
these friends of no words,
yet all that they shared,
the heart understood."

We've Never Been Apart

We've Never Been Apart
© Judith Froemming 2013

"We tell stories of despair, and don't realize they never happened.
We believe mind's lies, when the truth has always been in our heart.
We hide in fear of not being cured, while the trees call us to their best healers.
We cry in loneliness and separation, even though we've never been apart."

Miles of Meadows

Miles of Meadows

"Years of wandering, wondering, whys,
belief-bound and lonely, under blue skies.
Stumbling forward, into to the void,

face-down in flowers, to silence the noise.

Breathe in the fragrance, nothing else to do,
lavender saturates each cell to renew.
melting the mind, no longer apart,
Miles of meadow now bloom in your heart."

The Sun Always Returns

"No matter the storm,
no matter the season,
the sun always returns,
The Way is the reason."

Journey of the Sailed-Full Heart

Journey of the Sailed-Full Heart
© Judith Froemming 2013

"It takes a lot of effort,
to swim against the flow,
It seems mostly fear,
turns a 'yes' to 'no.'

When bow is pointed upstream,
no distance is erased,
the effort's twice as hard,
to stay in the same place.

Turn the boat downstream,
horizons slowly widen,
struggling becomes living,
peace is now abiding.

This flowing journey beckons,
the way the to gently be,
returns each sailed-full heart,
to the open, Loving Sea."

"Roll in it, play it out,
un-write your old story.
Become your own rainbow,
at the end of the storm."

Time's Made Up

Time's Made Up

"Hurry up!
Catch the bus,
grab the brief case,
don't forget us!

Here I come,
sliding home,
was I left at work?
How to know?

Time's made up,
you surely see,
No need to rush,
each moment's free.

What can be done,
will be done this day,
no flower stays open,
past dark to pray."

Tales of Enlightenment

Tales of Enlightenment

"What is up, what is down,
What is lost, what is found,
What is right, what is wrong,
What is many, what is One?

Are you sure that you know,
are you sure that you're right,
or have you simply believed,
a tale of enlightenment?"

No More To Know

"When there is no more to know,
words fall from their pages,
thoughts fall from the mind,
and Love is present for all ages."

The End

The End
© Judith Froemming 2013

"The end of the year is the end of the line,
and the end of the line brings the end of time,
and the end of time is the awareness of infinity,
and the awareness of infinity is the end of the me."

Open To Laughter

Open To Laughter
© Judith Froemming 2013

"When we open to laughter,
a new world
tumbles out on free breath,
tension melts
like snow on a warm spring day,
and the vibration
gives birth to universal Love."

Non-Seriousity

Non-Seriousity
© Judith Froemming 2013

"Non-seriousity
is quite a curiosity,
hard to be found,
anywhere around.

To judge, a monstrosity,
perfectionism, a pomposity,
yet easily found,
the effects resound.

So relax with ferocity,
live with porosity,
break new ground,
and peace will abound."

The Moon Is Enough

The Moon Is Enough

"Now, in the fading light,
wild, rushing thoughts,
stand in stark relief,
against this shimmering, ancient Love.
Mad desire to have more slowly melts,
for the moon enough."

You Are Always More Than That

You Are Always More Than That
© Judith Froemming 2013

"Whoever or whatever you think you are,
you are always more than that.
You rise in the shimmering moon-glow and set in clouds of colored sunlight.

Your soul ripples through the ever-flowing, waters of life,
and your heart is connected to every plant, animal and being.
Your light reaches every star,
and that you are Love,
cannot, for long, be disguised."

Inner Kindom

"Wear your crown,
a chakra of light.
Embrace the jewels,
of wisdom and insight.

You are the king
of your inner kindom,
the queen of choice,
for a heart of freedom."
